1. General

zzuip ("the Company") operates the mobile application "Hukko" (the "Service") and values the privacy of its users, complying with applicable data-protection laws. This policy explains what information the Company processes and how it is protected.

2. Information We Process

As a rule, the Company does not collect or store your task or alarm data on its servers. Task data is stored only on your device (no cross-device sync or external server storage), which the Company cannot access. 3. Purpose of Processing

• Providing the Service: task management, alarms • Providing and managing paid subscriptions • Serving and measuring ads to free users • Responding to customer inquiries

4. Retention and Use Period

• The Company does not retain your task data on its servers. Such data is removed when you delete the app from your device. • Retention of advertising and payment-related information follows the policies of each processor (Google, Apple). • Where applicable law requires the Company to retain transaction records, they are kept for the required period. (For example, under Korean e-commerce law: records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription — 5 years; records on consumer complaints or dispute handling — 3 years.)

5. Entrustment and Third-Party Provision

The Company uses features provided by the following global providers, through which related information may be processed: • Apple Inc. - Processing: App Store payment processing - Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ • Google LLC - Processing: AdMob ad serving and measurement (free users) - Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy Except for the above and as required by law, the Company does not provide your personal information to third parties.

6. Advertising and Tracking (App Tracking Transparency)

• The Company shows ads through Google AdMob to free users. • Under the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) policy, you can choose whether to consent to tracking for personalized advertising. Even if you do not consent, ads are still shown, but their personalization may be limited. • Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are provided a separate consent process in accordance with applicable laws (such as the GDPR).

7. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

8. Children Under 14

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 14, and the Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

• Data stored on your device is protected by iOS device security (app sandbox and device encryption). • Network transmission is encrypted with HTTPS (SSL/TLS).
