Conditions for using Hukko
1. Purpose
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the conditions and procedures for using the mobile application "Hukko" (the "Service"), operated by zzuip ("the Company"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and the Company.
2. Definitions
1. "Service" means all to-do management and time-based alarm features provided by the Company. 2. "User" means any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service. 3. "Task" means a to-do item registered by a User and its associated alarm information. 4. "Alarm" means the feature that provides repeating notifications based on a time set by the User. 5. "Subscription" means an auto-renewing paid service that grants access to paid features for a defined period. 6. "Free use" means the range of features available without a subscription.
3. Effect and Amendment of the Terms
1. These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or by a method designated by the Company. 2. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law. When amending, the Company will give notice within the Service or on a web page at least 7 days before the effective date (at least 30 days in advance for changes that are unfavorable or material to Users). 3. A User who does not agree to amended Terms may cancel their subscription and discontinue use of the Service.
4. Use Agreement and Eligibility
1. The Service may be used without separate sign-up. The use agreement is formed when a User installs the app and agrees to these Terms. 2. The User uses the Service without a separate login. Task data is stored only on the User's device. The Company does not provide server storage or cross-device synchronization. 3. Children under the age of 14 may not use the Service.
5. Description of the Service
The Company provides the following features: 1. Registration, management, and completion of tasks (to-dos) 2. Repeating alarms based on a task's time (full-screen alarms and pop-up notifications) 3. Additional features such as widgets, color labels, and dark mode 4. Other supplementary features determined by the Company
6. Paid Service and Subscription
1. The Service consists of free use and a paid subscription. 2. Free use: Users may register up to 5 active (incomplete) tasks, and an advertisement is shown at the bottom of the screen. 3. Subscription: Subscribers may register an unlimited number of tasks, and no advertisements are shown. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly and yearly auto-renewing basis. 4. Price: Subscription prices follow the amount displayed on the App Store (in the currency of the User's country/region). 5. Payment: All payments are made through the Apple App Store (StoreKit), and upon confirmation of purchase, the fee is charged to the User's Apple account. 6. Auto-renewal: a. A subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. b. The renewal fee is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period. c. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off after purchase in [Settings] > [Apple Account] > [Subscriptions]. 7. The Company is involved only in payment processing through the Apple App Store and does not directly access the User's payment instrument information (such as card numbers). 8. If the Company raises the subscription price or converts a previously free feature to a paid one (including automatic conversion to paid use after a free trial ends), the Company will, in accordance with applicable law, notify the User of the change and the cancellation method before the effective date and obtain the User's consent where required by law. If the User does not consent, the change does not apply, and the User may cancel the subscription.
7. Withdrawal and Refunds
1. All payments, billing, and refunds are processed through the Apple App Store. The Company cannot access the User's payment information or issue refunds directly; refunds follow Apple's policies and procedures (device [Settings] or reportaproblem.apple.com). 2. Users may have statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights for digital content under the consumer-protection laws of their country or region. Such rights may be limited once the provision or use of digital content has begun. 3. With respect to such limitations, the Company provides ongoing free use (5 active tasks and core features) so that Users can sufficiently evaluate the Service before purchase. 4. An auto-renewing subscription may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle begins; even after cancellation, subscription benefits continue until the end of the already-paid current period. 5. Matters not specified in this Article follow applicable law and Apple App Store policy.
8. Advertising
1. The Company may display advertisements through a third-party advertising service (Google AdMob) to free users. 2. Information processed in the course of ad display and measurement is governed by the Privacy Policy.
9. User Obligations
Users must not: 1. Interfere with the normal operation of the Service 2. Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the Service, or use paid features by improper means 3. Engage in acts that violate applicable law or these Terms
10. Changes to and Suspension of the Service
1. The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. 2. The Company will give advance notice within the Service or on a web page for material changes or suspensions. However, the Service may be suspended without prior notice for reasons of force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.
11. Intellectual Property
1. Copyright and intellectual property rights in the Service and its content (design, text, icons, etc.) belong to the Company. 2. Rights to task data created by a User belong to that User. 3. Users may not use the Service's content commercially without the Company's prior consent.
12. Disclaimer
1. The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or reasons attributable to the User. 2. The alarm feature depends on the iOS operating system and device environment. The Company is not liable where alarms are delayed or not shown due to operating-system constraints, device settings (Focus, Do Not Disturb, silent, low-power mode, etc.), notification permission settings, or the User's device environment. Alarms are a supplementary notification aid and must not be relied upon as the sole means for important schedules or urgent matters. 3. The Company does not warrant the accuracy of information entered by the User.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
1. These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to the User under the laws of the User's country or region. 2. Disputes between the Company and a User are resolved through mutual consultation; if no agreement is reached, either party may bring an action before a competent court under applicable law.

These Terms take effect on June 23, 2026.
